This is the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") of Callaway Golf South Pacific Pty Ltd, referred to in this Privacy Policy as "we", "our" or "us".

p. if you access any of our services through a social network site or login to our website using your social network credentials such as Facebook, we will collect limited information provided to us by that social network site, such as username, any site identification number and profile photo;
q. if you submit personal information to us in relation to an employment opportunity, we may collect information about your employment and academic history and any information provided by a referee nominated by you;
r. health information such as information about your COVID-19 vaccination status and body temperature;
s. your biometric information; and
t. any other information you provide us that is not listed above.
We will treat other information that we collect as personal information where we are required to by applicable law, which may include IP addresses, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, the website browser or operating system you are using, the URL or advertisement that referred you to our sites, the search terms you entered into a search engine that led you to our sites, all of the areas within our sites that you visit and the time of day, and the next website you visit after leaving our sites.
How We Collect and Hold Your Personal Information

To process your requests and for related purposes. For example to fulfill an order you place with us. Or we may use your information to contact you about a purchase. We may also use your information to notify you if you win a promotion. We may use your biometric data to allow you to participate in our sites and the features we offer.
