I love this bag but
This bag is gorgeous and I am still giving it 4 stars for that and quality. The only thing I would change is adding more inside pockets! There is the sleeve for a laptop which I love and an extra sleeve in the back too but other than that there are no interior pockets. That is a huge drawback as I in this bag for work and need seperate areas for different items that can be easily reached. If I wanted to make it even better I'd have the back pack straps somehow convert to make this a cross body as well. I would have purchased in another color because I like the look so much if it had more interior pockets but it's just not practical
