Golf Warranty

OGIO guarantees its entire golf line for (2) two years from the original date of purchase (original sales receipt required). This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, then OGIO will replace with a like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colours and materials over time.

Non-Golf Products Warranty

OGIO guarantees its entire non-golf line of products are covered by a 3-year warranty (original sales receipt required). This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, then OGIO will replace with a like product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear generated from using the item, transport damage (by airlines for example), improper use or care, negligence, or the natural break down of colours and materials over time. This warranty also does not cover any damage to the bag contents, loss of bag contents, loss of use, loss of time or similar expenses.
