Shipping and Delivery Policy

OGIO offers FREE standard delivery anywhere in Australia, excluding PO Boxes. Please note, we cannot ship goods to an address located outside of Australia.

We will endeavour to post your order within 2-3 business days of receiving a cleared payment. The shipment of orders excludes weekends and public holidays.

If you are not home when the product(s) are delivered, our courier will either attempt delivery for the next business day OR will leave a card at your delivery address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver – your parcel will then be available to collect from your nearest post office.

Once your parcel is set for delivery, you can opt for an Authority to Leave (ATL), where the parcel will be left at the driver’s discretion in a safe place without a signature. When selecting this option, you are accepting full responsibility for the safe delivery of the product(s). OGIO highly recommends keeping the default option of a signature on delivery, as OGIO cannot be held responsible for stolen or missing parcels as a result of the Authority to Leave option.
