Return Policy

OGIO wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you have changed your mind or aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after receiving the item for a full refund of the product price. Original and return postage costs will not be reimbursed, unless the item(s) are faulty, damaged or not as ordered. 


All products must be returned in an undamaged, as-new condition with all packaging, labels and swing tags attached. Any item returned that doesn’t meet the item condition policy may not receive a full refund.


A full refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method. Once item(s) have been received and confirmed to be in a re-saleable condition, please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Please note at this stage we do not offer exchanges. We are happy to refund the item(s) purchased via our website, and then you can place a new order.
