This is the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") of Callaway Golf South Pacific Pty Ltd, referred to in this Privacy Policy as "we", "our" or "us".

p. if you access any of our services through a social network site or login to our website using your social network credentials such as Facebook, we will collect limited information provided to us by that social network site, such as username, any site identification number and profile photo;
q. if you submit personal information to us in relation to an employment opportunity, we may collect information about your employment and academic history and any information provided by a referee nominated by you;
r. health information such as information about your COVID-19 vaccination status and body temperature;
s. your biometric information; and

HOW WE COLLECT AND HOLD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you work for us, the personal information we hold about you may also be stored in your personal file in hard copy format in Australia, which can only be accessed by the Human Resources department and Managing Director. 

 

PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE COLLECT, HOLD, USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

To process your requests and for related purposes. For example to fulfill an order you place with us. Or we may use your information to contact you about a purchase. We may share information with our business partners. For example, we may share information with third parties who co-sponsor a promotion.
