n. an image or video of you or audio recordings of your voice;
o. information you provide when you participate in market research surveys, including any social media handle you use;
p. if you access any of our services through a social network site or login to our website using your social network credentials such as Facebook, we will collect limited information provided to us by that social network site, such as username, any site identification number and profile photo;
q. if you submit personal information to us in relation to an employment opportunity, we may collect information about your employment and academic history and any information provided by a referee nominated by you;
r. health information such as information about your COVID-19 vaccination status and body temperature;
s. your biometric information; and

We will treat other information that we collect as personal information where we are required to by applicable law, which may include IP addresses, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, the website browser or operating system you are using, the URL or advertisement that referred you to our sites, the search terms you entered into a search engine that led you to our sites, all of the areas within our sites that you visit and the time of day, and the next website you visit after leaving our sites. 

HOW WE COLLECT AND HOLD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We also collect information if you take our surveys or participate in online forums. From time to time we offer sweepstakes, contests, and prize draws, and collect information as part of these programs. We may also allow you to post information in an online forum. If you subscribe to one of our services and visit our other sites, we may combine information we already have about you with any new information we collect. We may also combine information about you that we collect from third parties. For example, if you use one of our Facebook Connect features, we will combine information we obtain from that feature with information we already have about you. Unless you are working with us, the information we hold about you will be stored on our servers and/or on servers of companies that provide services to us. Those servers are located in data centres in the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. If you work for us, the personal information we hold about you may also be stored in your personal file in hard copy format in Australia, which can only be accessed by the Human Resources department and Managing Director. 

PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE COLLECT, HOLD, USE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

To process your requests and for related purposes. For example to fulfill an order you place with us. Or we may use your information to contact you about a purchase. We may also use your information to notify you if you win a promotion. We may use your biometric data to allow you to participate in our sites and the features we offer. 

To tell you about new products and services. We may send you updates about our sites or new products. We may also send you other information which we think you might find interesting. To manage the employment or other relationship. We may use your personal information to manage the relationship between you and us, and for the purposes of compensation benchmarking and for your benefits enrolment.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share information within the Callaway family of companies. These companies, which are identified at https://www.topgolfcallawaybrands.com/who-we-are/our-brands, are located throughout the world and it will be necessary from time to time to pass your information between them.
 

We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may share information with vendors who send emails for us or process orders on our behalf. We may also share information with companies that operate our websites or un a promotion on our behalf. 

We may share information with our business partners. For example, we may share information with third parties who co-sponsor a promotion. These partners may send you information about events and products by mail or email. For example, we will share your information with operators of co-branded websites that offer merchandise to you. We will also share your information with trusted third parties whose products or services might be of interest to you or for joint promotional purposes.

Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send transactional messages, including responses to any questions you ask of us.

Controlling information shared with third parties for marketing purposes. To opt out of having your information shared with third parties for their marketing purposes, please email us. We will process your request as required by law. Some of our sites also have a "My Profile" area where you can modify your preferences.

Controlling cookies and tracking tools. You can choose to turn off tracking tools. To learn how, read our Do Not Track policy here. However, if you turn off tracking, some features on our sites may not work. We also contact with third parties to serve our ads across the Internet. The ads we serve may be based on tracking activities, as described in more detail below.
